**Invoice and Payment Information**

Upon receipt of the assignment, the invoice will be automatically charged to the provided credit card, debit card, or ACH transaction, either daily or weekly, as specified by the company. The invoice will clearly detail all amounts charged and will be sent via email to the designated responsible party.

**Dispute Process**

If there are any disputes regarding charges or invoice amounts, these must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the invoice date to contact@bonafideinvestigations.com. Failure to do so will result in the client agreeing that the charges are valid and non-disputable, and the client will not stop payment or dispute the charge with their credit card company.

**Job Charges**

Charges for each job encompass our service rate along with any additional items necessary for completion. These can include, but are not limited to: court time, research time, wait time, fuel surcharges, parking, copies (at $0.20 per page), scanning/document preparation, special handling, advanced fees (including any courtesy charges), mandated court or EFM fees, and overnight delivery costs. Some advanced fees are mandated by legal authorities (court, city, county, state, or federal) and may require immediate reimbursement to Process Server One. These advanced fees will be billed as they are incurred. A 10% advance fee charge will be applied to cover expenses we incur. If the invoice is paid via credit card, an additional 3% transaction fee will be added.

**Credit and Debit Card Transactions**

Charges made by credit or debit card have merchant fees. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. All credit card transactions will incur an extra 3% fee to cover processing fees.

By proceeding with payment of the invoice, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted our terms and conditions as outlined on our website, including those of Bona Fide Investigations Inc. Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable, and there is no guarantee of success. In the event of order cancellation, no refunds will be issued, and the full fee remains payable to the company.

**Service Charges and Attempts**

Our process service includes a single fee per address and per named defendant/subject. Additional attempts at other locations are charged separately. For the fee paid, we will include up to three attempts at service unless alternative arrangements have been documented in writing to contact@bonafideinvestigations.com. Proof of service or a non-service declaration will be sent to the provided email and will also be mailed to the address on file. Note that we do not file your proof of service or non-service declaration unless specifically requested in writing at the time of the original order, along with payment of any additional fees.

Regardless of whether the documents are successfully served, we are entitled to payment. There are no guarantees or refunds.

**Billing Information**

We will charge the credit card on file for all fees and costs before services are rendered, unless you maintain an open, current, and verified account.
