Q: How long does service take?
A: Regular service typically takes 2–4 business days. Rush service is usually attempted within 1–2 days, and same-day service is attempted within 1–24 hours.

Q: What if the address is incorrect or outdated?
A: We offer address location services for an additional fee. Please email our office for assistance.

Q: How many addresses will you attempt service at?
A: Our fee is per address. We will attempt service at as many addresses as you request, at the applicable rate.

Q: How many service attempts are included?
A: We make up to three (3) attempts at the provided address in metropolitan areas. For rural locations, attempts are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Q: What if the individual or company is not served by the court's due date?
A: You will need to reschedule your court date and submit a new service request to our office.

Q: Do you offer stakeout services?
A: Yes. We provide stakeouts 24/7 in any city. Fees vary based on the situation and must be discussed directly with a representative.

Q: Do you provide a Proof of Service or Affidavit?
A: Yes, a Proof of Service or Affidavit of Service is always provided upon completion.

Q: Does the Proof or Affidavit need to be notarized?
A: Only if you or your state requires notarization. We can accommodate this if needed.

Q: Will you file the Proof of Service or Affidavit with the court?
A: Yes, we offer filing services. An additional fee may apply—please speak with a representative for more details.

Q: How much time do I have to serve my documents?
A: Timeframes vary by county and state. Please consult the local court clerk or contact our office for guidance.

Q: Do I need to prepay for service?
A: Prepayment is not required, but documents and proofs will not be released until payment is received.
