A. I approach investigations with creativity and out-of-the-box thinking. My experience in skip tracing and locating subjects allows me to excel in finding the necessary information for each case. Q. Who has influenced your career as a mentor? 

A. My stepfather, Dennis Gates, is a retired investigator and has owned Cleveland Process Serving and Investigations, serving the community for over a decade. In 1994, he had me serve my first paper, and I instantly fell in love with the career.
